“Omega Custom Homes was hired to build a custom home for me in 2002. Mike Sloan, Omega Custom Homes Owner, was involved in the initial planning and design of the project. The project site is on the Columbia River. At the projects’ inception, there were many zoning and regulatory issues we were required to navigate through. Mike’s assistance regarding these issues was paramount in the successful completion of the project.
We broke ground in April 2003. The project was successfully completed in July 2004. During the construction process, I made many decisions to upgrade and further enhance the project. Mike’s knowledge of custom upgrades was extremely valuable. He possesses the expertise required to complete the tasks involved with such a custom home.
I also commend Mike on his selection of sub-contractors as well as his relationships with each. I was very fortunate to have one of Mike’s top guys, Jeff Adams, on-site overseeing the sub-contractors and assisting with the entire project from start to finish. The relationships Omega has with their sub-contractors proved to be invaluable given the scope of the very large project and the efforts the project demanded.
